Help - Replies to the email with basic instructions on using List Serv Commands.
 
Help exchange - Replies to the email with the contents of the Help E-Mail for 
that list.
 
List - Replies to the email with a list of all available lists.
 
Subscribe exchange - Adds your email address to the subscribers list of the 
mailing list.
 
Unsubscribe exchange - Removes your email address from the subscribers list for 
the mailing list.
 
Set mode digest exchange - Sets your email address to receive emails in digest 
mode, which will send all messages for the list combined into one email at 
regular intervals.
 
Set mode standard exchange - Sets your email address to receive emails in 
standard mode (the default), which will send messages one at a time to your 
email account.
 
The email Address to use for posting to this list is:

To aid Inbox management and organization and for email client rules, each 
Subject line is prefixed with: [exchange]
 
Please NOTE:  Due to the way Lotus Notes renders HTML email, if you use the 
Lotus Notes product for your email services you will need to post in TEXT 
format only.
