Hi Eric, We did this about a month ago and didn't run into any issues. If you're using MySQL, one thing to note is that the Sequel gem doesn't seem to recognize version 6.0.2 or higher of MySQL Connector. (We use 5.1.40.) I think this was also the case wither earlier versions, so you should be fine if you just copy the jar file from your previous install as suggested in upgrading.md.
