Hi Kylie, What version of ArchivesSpace are you using? This sounds like a bug (https://archivesspace.atlassian.net/browse/AR-1620) that was fixed beginning with v1.5.3. If you're using a version prior to 1.5.3, upgrading should take care of it. If you're using 1.5.3 and later, please let us know and we'll investigate further.

When she exports the pdf of her finding aid, it places one of her series out of order and then takes the file items from several series and places them within a different series.
