file_version.file_format_name is not exported to EAD.
For more info on mappings, see: http://archivesspace.org/application/data-import-and-export-maps/ ( although it gets updated somewhat behind the actual codebase. ) It's redundant, as it's usually the same info as the filename extension on the URI, and if it's a URL to a server, the server should be serving a mime type in it's headers. In fact, for internal and other uses, it would perhaps be more useful if the values contained mime-types instead of file format names.
