We have request functionality turned off in our instance, so the button doesn't show up. But we are planning to somehow integrate that button with Aeon in the future.

Since this is more on the individual institution implementation side of things, I'd like to put the question out to the group. Are you using it? Have you customized it at all? Do you link out to a shared organizational email smtp or sendmail server from your ArchivesSpace server or install that functionality on the ArchivesSpace server itself? (And if you're not using the ArchivesSpace request functionality itself, but linking/integrating to something else that performs that function, I'm sure that would be of interest too.)
