Dear Noah, Thank you so much for this! What I'm wondering, do you need to keep the rows 1-3 and 5 for AS to recognize the metadata or is it only row 4 that is being recognized? does it matter if you do or don't keep those rows in?
Also if you're trying to connect digital objects from a server or a DAMS to this metadata, is there a separate workflow that you use to connect them? I saw a different DO archivesspace template and do you need to do that separately or can you add it to this csv file? My institution uses Omeka and typically I have to upload the digital files to the Omeka server and then upload the CSV file to have it recognize and connect the digital file pathways to the DO. Since we're hosting AS on our own servers I was wondering if there's something I should be doing with AS to connect them with the files in Omeka or if I wanted to upload them directly from our server? Just curious if that's something you've done. Thank you so much for your help, Suzanna On Fri, Jan 29, 2021 at 5:00 PM Noah Huffman <[email protected]> wrote: > Hi Suzanna, > > > > I’ve attached a sample import spreadsheet.
