We recently upgraded to AS 3.0.1. After the upgrade, our PUI displays a '/> between the Citation and Request buttons (see image) on the Collection pages. When I examine the HTML created by AS, there are issues when an input value contains a single apostrophe. The print button does not function either (see screenshot).
