Stephen, We are finding we have problems sending through Ariel email to gmail accounts. The attachments cannot be opened by the person on the other end. We have also had problems sending to various hospitals but there is not pattern that we've been able to determine yet.

The email addresses we use are the addresses that libraries put in their constant data on their OCLC requests. Could it be that these institutions have some kind of block on emails with attachments getting into their networks? People I have talked to at some of these libraries say they are supposed to be able to receive attachments. When I forward these transmissions to my personal email address and then forward them to the same addresses, the emails with attachments get to their destinations, usually. The odd thing is that we can send a PDF through Ariel email to a gmail address and it gets to the person's email box, but not to a .edu or .gov. I've checked our Ariel settings and can't find anything that seems out of order. Any suggestions? Thanks.
