We are using the same scanner and have none of these problems. I will have someone check on our driver and settings and get back to you offline.

We are not having any luck getting Ariel's software to read the scanner so we have decided to try and import PDF files that the native scanning software (Digibook) creates. Unfortunately, the scanner produces Version 1.4 PDF files, which Arial can't read when we import them. The only way we can get Ariel to read PDF files is if we import version 1.3 PDF files or older. Has anybody here been successful in importing PDF 1.4 or higher? Thanks.
