To scan directly, choose Document from the main screen. Then choose Scan from the drop down menu. On the options screen that appears, be sure Auto Scan Mode is NOT checked. Then proceed to scan on the flatbed (for emails, choosing Scan and Send to Patron, and for Ariels choosing Scan and Send). After each page, simply click Scan. When you are done, click End. Then fill out the requested information and send your document.
