Infotrieve's Ariel Information Center is located at

It seems to be functioning at the moment. Don't know how up to date it is though; it still shows the
old Boise State address for the Ariel list, which closed down years ago.
There's also info on the Share ILL web site:

It's mostly non-technical but they do have a list of compatible scanners.
A publicly available archive of postings to this list from the last year or so is available at the
