Hello, One of our Ariel clients is failing to send, the error in the log reads "Unable to create send entry. Failed to append Gedi header for document..." Again, Ariel launches without error but after scanning the document fails to transmit with the above error.
I recall seeing this error once a few years back but I can't recall what the fix was. Its only a problem on one client, we have 4 other Ariel computers that are working normally.
