Hello all, Our Ariel receive station is doing something strange. It is receiving documents, but not displaying them in the queue on the main Ariel screen. Files are coming into the 'in' folder on the Ariel PC's hard drive, and we can import them into Odyssey and manually match the ILL number and lender, but we have no idea any documents have been received until we check that folder. Has anyone experienced this issue before? Thanks, Megan --
