It seems that a number of projects include the KEYS file in the
project's svn root, for example https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/aries
, rather than trunk as included here.
I'm not sure if it really matters, but to me it seems more
appropriate in root as it spans trunk, branches, tags, etc...
Should we consider moving it? Are there specific reasons that it
makes more sense to have it under trunk?
Projects vary. CXF, for example, does not put it at the root. IMO, I
agree with you. Let's put it at the root.
