I can't apply the template myself because I don't have confluence admin rights, please would someone who does have the right authority apply the template?

Hi - I've raised https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ARIES-54. I've
looked at a couple of templates (servicemix and tuscany) and in the end
just made some minor modifications to the servicemix template so that it
will work with aries. We will also need a site.css which I can work on
and have raised a separate JIRA for.
