Draft RFC 138 API introduced the concept of composite bundle.
Proposed is a common bundle tracker customizer that would open bundletracker
whenever a starting event of a composite bundle is detected so that we can
track bundles installed onto the framework associated with the composite
bundle. The bundle tracker associated with the composite bundle is tracked in
the bundle tracker factory so that we can close out the bundletracker
associated with the composite bundle when a stopping event of the composite
bundle is detected.
The implementation is based on equinox 3.5 impl of RFC 138 and will be updated
when this RFC is finalized.
