The imports and exports vary quite a bit between the individual jars and the
full bundle.
For instance org.osgi.service.event*;resolution:=optional, in the bundle but
not in blueprint-core.
the cm bundle exports org.apache.aries.blueprint.compendium.cm*; but the full
bundle does not.
For starters I'm fixing the import problem noted above.
