Folks,
I see differences between the latest API published by the OSGi Alliance
https://www.osgi.org/members/build/build-clean-dir/osgi.companion/generated/javadoc/index.html
and the Aries JMX API.
Specifically, FrameworkMBean.refreshPackages seems to have been replaced
by FrameworkMBean.refreshBundles also with a different return type.
I'd like to provide a patch that covers this

Service properties also seem to be handled differently. There is maybe more.
