Here is my latest patch that does the following:
1) Adds integration tests for all of the transaction strategies
2) Modifies the behaviour of declarative transactions, with respect to
exceptions, to be more in line with EJB 2.1
3) Adds support for multiple transaction elements in a blueprint declaration
