1) Make API more consistent. Add "Aries" prefix to each Application.java
2) Move BundleInfoImpl.java to application-utils module.
3) Add methods to DeploymentMetadataFactory for creating DeploymentMetadata
directly from InputStream or Manifest object.
4) Update AriesApplicationImpl.store() to save application contents to a
directory or a file.
