Hi
I have a question on blueprint interceptor. Does the interceptor only
work on blueprint managed beans right now? Do we foresee any need to
add interceptor to other components (such as service, reference,
reference-list)?
Correct, currently interceptors are only supported on beans. There was
a JIRA a while ago though for adding interceptors to references, but
that got dropped because there wasn't really a use case at the time.
Have you got anything in mind?
Since blueprint transaction is built on top of blueprint interceptor,
I 'd assume the above answer also applies to blueprint transaction.
Please correct me if I am wrong.
Correct, due to the above limitations transactional semantics can only
be added to beans right now.
