I don't see a problem in moving to 0.2-incubating-SNAPSHOT now.
Even if the release has to be cut again, it would be time to create a
branch,
and the maven release plugin will be able to accept the 0.1-incubating as a
version.
If we don't have the trunk in a buildable state, you won't be able to recut
a release
anyway.
