Could you try again the index command after removing both
~/.m2/repository/org/apache/felix/maven-bundle-plugin/2.1.0-SNAPSHOT/
and
~/.m2/repository/org/apache/felix/org.apache.felix.bundlerepository/1.6.1-SNAPSHOT/
folders ?
If it still fail, It would be nice to raise a JIRA on felix and attach the
output and stack trace.
