Here's my +1. Signatures/checksums, source, license/notice files look good.
One minor point -- the tags in SVN do not contain the Incubator disclaimer. They are in the source distributions. So, I'm not going to call this is not a blocking issue. However, I would much prefer to see the DISCLAIMER in both locations. The release process also adds DEPENDENCIES files to the source distribution.
