Changes to the Aries web pages

Hi - I have made a change to the Navigation panel which removes the 
sub-bullets (it was getting a bit cluttered) and puts them on sub-pages. 
The section links are now clickable and Downloads is a new top level 
link. I have not quite finished yet - just thought I'd mention that I 
was doing it and would appreciate comments/feedback on the result.
