Resolution: Fixed
Updated the code to display a nicer error message if
InitialContextFactoryBuilder or ObjectFactoryBuilder cannot be set. Also, added
some code that tries to reset the InitialContextFactoryBuilder or
ObjectFactoryBuilder using reflection. Committed in revision 947798.
