Fix For: 0.2
Some JMX specification issues have been clarified and the Aries implementation
needs to be updated accordingly. Specifically,
1) No RuntimeExceptions should be thrown by any of the MBeans
2) BundleStateMBean.getRequiredBundles() and similar functions should return
any dependencies via dynamic or static imports, required or fragment bundles.
