ARIES-359 will implement new runtime support for application isolation. This
JIRA is raised to track the associated changes required by the provisioning
logic, plus an additional application.mf header necessary to enforce specific
wiring from applications' isolated frameworks to bundles in the shared bundle
space. Plug points will be provided to to integrate application server
runtime-specific extension and validation logic.
