Starting and stopping managed bundles on a consistent bundles reveals another
couple of leaks:
- BlueprintEventDispatcher hangs on to BundleEvent and hence to Bundles
- GlobalPersistenceManager in a nested framework environment hangs onto Bundles
Independently of starting and stopping the blueprint ParserService fills up the
NameSpaceHandlerRegistry list of created namespace handlers.
