I just confirmed the same issue is present in the 0.2-incubating branch.

Oh ... I should also point out that I encountered this error using
trunk. I still need to verify if it is present in the 0.2 branch as well.

I also just noticed an error while using some of our samples with JPA.
I'm not yet sure if this is a problem with the samples or the JPA layer
... but I'd like to have have a fix or at least understand what is going
on before we attempt a release.

I'd like to wait for the Quiesce Management bundle to be finished so
that it can be in 0.2. At the moment there are Participant
implementations for the JPA container bundles, but no manager. This
should drop in the next day or so.

+1 I also agree with excluding spi-fly and subsystems. Don't know what
samples-sandbox is, so not sure I care one way or another.
samples-sandbox is a play area for experiments with new samples.
Nothing
in there should ever be part of a release :-)

+1 as the 0.1-incubating JPA module used OpenJPA 2.0.0-beta and
0.2 is
using the released 2.0.0 level.

Hi all
What does anyone think about a second release? The last one was in
May
and since then my brief trawl around JIRA indicates that we have:
Fixed 25 bugs
Made 21 improvements
Added 4 new features
I made a branch of the code yesterday
(https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/incubator/aries/branches/0.2-incubating-RCx/)
and could go on and base a 0.2 release on that branch. I'd like to
get
one out because we fixed a few things in the blog sample which
make it
easier for people to run and it feels like enough has been fixed
generally to make it worth doing.
WDYT?
