Similary to servicemix-depends-plugin maven-paxexam-plugin generates an
incorrect dependencies.properties file if a SNAPSHOT version needs to be
downloaded from a remote repo.
The Aries Jira issue related to servicemix-depends-plugin is ARIES-364.
The change that was made in maven-paxexam-plugin between version 1.2.0 and
