I'd like to get a small clarification on what we are allowed/not allowed
to do with the OSGi Enterprise compliance tests. The
osgi.enterprise.tests.jar supplied under the generic Apache NDA contains
a number of things including the BND configuration files needed to run
the tests, the test case source code and test binaries.
Common sense would suggest that that the only things in the
osgi.enterprise.tests.jar which should not be redistributed are the
tests (in either source or binary form). However, this isn't (afaict)
documented in the NOTICE or about.html files contained in the distribution.
Would it be possible to get clarification on this from the OSGi Alliance?
