While I was tidying up for the 0.2-incubating release I noticed another
another two minor things that we ought to clean up.
1) JIRAs open against the version 0.1

Please would you either move these to 'fix version' 0.3 if they are
still relevant, or close if they are fixed?
2) JIRAs open against version 'incubation'

I think the 'incubation' version is confusing, I'd like to remove it and
just stick with versions in JIRA that (are a closer match) to the
development versions in SVN. Does anyone have a problem with this?
