The current subsystem-core uses composite bundle and composite bundle factory.
This code is deprecated in equinox 3.7.
The OSGi Alliance is currently pursuing the framework hooks as the replacement
of this and the subsystem-scope project is designed to prototype framework
hooks.
We need to merge the subsystem-scope into subsystem-core so that we use the new
framework hooks instead of the deprecated composite bundle and composite bundle
factory APIs.
