Despite the fact Amutat Arig wont be able to apply to this, we should definitely send them a position paper, similar to the ones created by Hamakor on open-source matters. For example, we could ask to have the contract require the use of open source operating systems on any routers installed, which can make passing on network operation responsibilities to a different entity in the future easier. Other requirements might be the incorporation of inbound gateways and API to access network data. Any other requirements you can think of ? Amir
