It seems like 013 netvision and hotnet also started offering native IPv6 (or
maybe the few hits on ipv6-test.com can be explained by hot admins doing tests
in preparation to do so).
Anyway, it's worth asking.

If you are with 013 netvision or hot (or any other ISP -- just that then the
answer is most likely "no"), ask your ISP for native IPv6 connectivity.
In my experience, it's worth it even just for the extra bandwidth -- the IPv6
backbone usually is much less congested (but might still have a bad day every
once in a while)...
