Nice to see that you are still active (even if I'm just watching from a far, unfortunately)
And Battlemesh was great, you DID miss something :) Just for inspiration: my current local mesh configuration: batman-adv 2014.01 works well here for a large number of (partially mobile) nodes, we still use OLSRv1 for the (non-mobile, long-distance) backbone, babeld+ahcpd would still be a better choice for that, but nobody dares to make the change. I started using KadNode for name resolution, as it works protocol-agnostic and it does the job very well. On NAS drivers and many participating PCs people use cjdns/hyperboria as a "social-mesh/overlay", we got a bittorrent tracker and stuff there :) if you need support for target devices or anything, let me know, i can try to be available to help. btw: Integration of the Israeli firmware of the WDR4300 went upstream some time ago, download snapshots are being generated: http://downloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/ar71xx/openwrt-ar71xx-generic-tl-wdr4300-v1-il-squashfs-factory.bin btw2: have a look at peerflix and popcorntime (partical, working stuff), and also WebTorrent, peerJS, ... (to see how it could go one). this is the dawning of the Web 3.1 I was talking about :) On 05/26/2014 03:00 PM, Amir Sagie wrote: > +1, Wednesday sounds good, will probably reach tami around 21:00. > > I'll send you a wiki account. > > Amir > > On Mon, May 26, 2014 at 10:01:46AM +0300, Yair Reshef wrote: >> also, how do i get an account on the wiki >> >> >> On Sun, May 25, 2014 at 9:08 PM, Yair Reshef <yai...@gmail.com> wrote: >> >>> Wesnaday at tami? >>> >> >> >> >> -- >> yair99@gmail >> 050-6301212 >> tlv, israel > >> _______________________________________________ >> arig-discuss mailing list >> arig-discuss@lists.subsignal.org >> https://lists.subsignal.org/mailman/listinfo/arig-discuss > > _______________________________________________ > arig-discuss mailing list > arig-discuss@lists.subsignal.org > https://lists.subsignal.org/mailman/listinfo/arig-discuss > _______________________________________________ arig-discuss mailing list arig-discuss@lists.subsignal.org https://lists.subsignal.org/mailman/listinfo/arig-discuss
