Yesterday, 21 September, 2009, we announced that Tom Leonard and Bill
Sandiford are seeking your support for their petitions to run for the
ARIN Advisory Council. There was a problem with the "cast your support"
system, and individuals logging into the "booth" were unable to find the
petition "elections." Please note that the problem is resolved and the
system is functioning properly. All individuals who logged in yesterday
have been directly notified and encouraged to try again.
Due to the issue yesterday, we are extending the time you have to cast
your ballot of support by one day, until 7 October 17:01 EDT.
To be considered a candidate, each petitioner must receive support from
172 designated member representatives from ARIN's General Members in
good standing. You must be the designated member representative from a
General Member in good standing to voice your support for a petitioner.
