On Saturday, 19 March, during the previously announced maintenance
window, only Version 4 templates with API keys in the subject or
mail-from address, Version 4 templates that have email addresses
associated with API Keys, or Version 5 templates with API Keys filled
out in section 0 will be accepted. All other templates will be
automatically rejected. This behavior will commence starting at 8:00 AM
on March 19, 2011.
