ARIN thanks the community for its consideration of the proposed changes
to the availability of ARIN services to invalid Points of Contact (POCs)
identified by ARIN's POC Validation Process. Information about this
consultation is available at:
https://www.arin.net/participate/acsp/community_consult/11-15-2010_invalid_POC.html
As part of the release on 19 March, ARIN now limits the ARIN Online
functionality and database access available to invalid POCs identified
by ARIN’s POC Validation Process (NRPM Policy 3.6). These changes are
intended to further improve the accuracy of POC data in ARIN's Whois.
Users must validate their invalid POCs prior to requesting services and
database changes.
