Have you registered and booked your travel for ARIN XXIX yet? If not, why not do it right now so you can take part in this very important Internet community meeting.

ARIN XXIX will be held 22-25 April in Vancouver, British Columbia at the Four Seasons Vancouver. The meeting begins with a Sunday evening happy hour. Register for the meeting today at https://www.arin.net/app/meeting/registration/.

ARIN XXIX will feature discussions of several draft policies and many other updates from within and outside the ARIN region. We are still finalizing the agenda, but we can tell you that we have added an IPv6 panel that you definitely won’t want to miss. A preview of our working draft agenda is available at: https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXIX/agenda.html. Get a sneak peek at the draft policies that are in development and being considered for the agenda at: https://www.arin.net/policy/proposals/

When you register for the meeting, we strongly recommend that you book your room to take advantage of the room block rate of $185 (CAD) by referring to the information included at https://www.arin.net/participate/meetings/ARIN-XXIX/hotel.html. This special rate expires on 20 March.

If you can’t be with us in Vancouver, we are offering multiple remote participation options throughout the Public Policy and Members Meeting. In addition to an audio and video webcast, ARIN will offer a live transcript and Jabber chat for submitting questions and comments and for voting in straw polls. Get all the details and register as a remote participant at https://www.arin.net/ARIN-XXIX/remote.html
