Thanks, Mark.  Good info.  I look forward to seeing you (all) sometime
after I arrive tomorrow evening.

It's worth noting that additional arrival information is published at
https://www.arin.net/participate/meetings/ARIN-31/hotel.html, which also
has a link to a mailing list "for use by meeting registrants wishing to
connect with the family or guests of other registrants in order to plan
outside activities during ARIN meeting hours or evenings", which seems
perfect for follow-ups on this topic.  I just subscribed.  :-)

I think it would be better to simply eliminate the PA space requirement
and simply require documented need.

Sure, but I don't see force-feeding as helping that situation. At least if they
asked for it, it's a case of they intended to do something with it or felt that
there was some benefit to having it.
