On 13 August 2013 the ARIN Board of Trustees concurred with the ARIN
Advisory Council's recommendation to update the Number Resource Policy
Manual in accordance with PDP and the following proposal:
ARIN-prop-186 Section 8.2 Reorganizations
A new version of the ARIN Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM) has been
published to the ARIN website. NRPM version 2013.4 is effective 21
August 2013 and supersedes the previous version. NRPM 2013.4 contains
the implementation of ARIN-prop-186. ARIN-prop-186 returned the word
"reorganizations" to Section 8.2.
