YES support. This policy never should have existed. As someone who has personally handled 5 different network purchases and integration of those networks, this policy is problematic. The process of integration requires more address space than what is ever currently in use with a purchase. If you are lucky there is more address space than currently in use so that you can easily conduct integration requirements like a lab, upgrades, rolls and more.
