Another thought I had on POC creation emails… What if in addition to the NACK button, there was a “Consolidate with” (need better name) button where I could express that this is a duplicate POC creation and that I would like it quashed in favor of my existing POC record. The button would require you to authenticate with ARIN on-line and then present a page showing the new POC and a drop-down of the POCs for which you are authorized administration. You could choose one of those and ARIN would then do (essentially) s/<newpoc>/<chosenpoc>/g in the database.
IIRC, ARIN On-line already has this functionality if you go into manage your POCs, so I think implementation should be fairly minor. Thoughts?
