Folks -

Nominations are now closed for the upcoming ARIN elections, and I would like to
thank
those who made nominations for the ARIN Board, Advisory Council and for the
Number
Resource Organization Number Council (NRO NC), as well as those who agreed to be
nominated and potentially elected by the community to these important positions.

As a reminder, if you have been nominated for one or more of these positions,
you must
complete and return the associated Candidate Questionnaire by 20 August
(tomorrow!)
5 PM ET. If you are a nominee, and unaware of that which I speak, please
contact me
or ARIN’s Communications and Member Services team at
<[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> asap.

Thank you!
/John

Time is running out to submit nominations for the upcoming ARIN elections.
Nominations close on 17 August 2015 at 5pm ET for candidates for the elections
to fill two seats on the ARIN Board of Trustees, five seats on the Advisory
Council (AC), and one seat on the Number Resource Organization Number Council
(NRO NC).

The ARIN Board of Trustees will also appoint an NRO NC representative from the
slate of candidates to complete the two years remaining in the term previously
held by Ron da Silva.

Who can submit a nomination?

You must be a Trustee or an ARIN General Member in Good Standing to make
nominations for the Board and Advisory Council. However, those nominated do not
need to be from ARIN member organizations. Self-nominations from General
Members in Good Standing are permitted. Any individual, regardless of ARIN
membership status, may self-nominate or nominate one or more candidates for any
open NRO NC position. You can submit a nomination at:

https://www.arin.net/public/election/index.xhtml

For complete details on the nomination process, click here to visit the ARIN
Election System Instructions page at:

All nominations for the Board and AC elections will be reviewed by the
Nomination Committee (NomCom). For more NomCom information, see the NomCom
Charter at:
