with regard to your posts made to ARIN's Public Policy Mailing List
([email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>, i.e. “PPML").

Upon review of your posts of 18 April 2018 and 19 April 2018, the Committee has
confirmed multiple violations the AUP in the following manner –

• Specifically Prohibited Activities #1 - "Statements that include foul
language, personal character attacks, or show disrespect for other
participants, including ARIN” due to inclusion of attacks impugning the
reputation of various persons in the anti-spam community

• Specifically Prohibited Activities #5 - "Posts which interfere with the
customary communications on the list” due to repeated forwarding of received
spam to PPML

• Specifically Prohibited Activities #9 -"Actions, that while not described
specifically here, are similar to the conduct described” due to the forwarding
of pornographic material to PPML

Marilson Mapa, you are hereby warned that your posts to the PPML must be
focused on purpose of the PPML list (i.e. "policy-related ideas and issues
surrounding existing and proposed ARIN policies.”) and that any further
violations of the AUP (including, but not limited to forwarding of
inappropriate material or attacks on the character of others) will result in
the immediate loss of posting privileges.

Thank you,
/John
