Can someone explain briefly and in lamer's terms what the scam scheme actually was ?
The crook^H^H^H^Hdefrauding entity got IP blocks while they were still some left, with the intent of re-selling them on the transfer market after they ran out ? 735 K addresses @ $18 or so a pop is over $10 M, nice chunk of change.
