Marilson Mapa -
The ARIN Mailing List AUP Committee has received multiple reports of
potential violations of the ARIN Mailing List Appropriate Usage Policy
<https://www.arin.net/participate/community/mailing_lists/aup/> by your recent
PPML postings of 23 May 2019. The ARIN Mailing List Appropriate Usage Policy
specifically prohibits statements that include personal character attacks and
statements that show disrespect for other participants.
The ARIN Mailing List Acceptable Use Policy Committee reviewed the
complaints and finds that your posting behavior to PPML has been in violation
of the ARIN Mailing List AUP. Your posting privileges were suspended for 14
days on 8 May 2019, and at that time you were advised that further violations
of the ARIN Mailing List AUP would likely to result in permanent suspension of
posting privileges. Given your repeated past warnings, and your failure to
indicate any willingness to participate on the mailing list in conformance with
the AUP, the ARIN Mailing List Acceptable Use Policy Committee has recommended
permanent suspension of your posting privileges.
The permanent suspension of your ppml posting privileges is effective
immediately.
Sincerely,
/John
