For example, a Netflix cache, got a copy (via IPv6) of film "A", but is being used by 10.000 subscribers in that ISP. The total traffic is not the one measured by the IX, but 10.000 times that one. This is the reason we have more and more CDNs and caches in the ISPs, to avoid this traffic consuming upstreams and IX bandwith.
